Operations Manager

Job Description

Blue Aqua International, a global leader in sustainable aquaculture solutions, is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at the Bhimavaram office in India.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office administration and maintain efficient operational workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a productive work environment.
• Manage logistics planning, scheduling, and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Supervise warehousing activities, ensuring proper storage, handling, and movement of goods.
• Liaise with transporters and freight providers to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle import documentation (invoices, packing lists, HS codes, customs paperwork).
• Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory bodies for smooth import clearance.
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Provide regular operational updates to the Singapore office and align with regional processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or import/export.
• Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, inventory systems, and importation procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Bhimavaram.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agribusiness, aquaculture, feed, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of Indian customs procedures and import regulations.
