Blue Aqua International, a global leader in sustainable aquaculture solutions, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at the Blue Aqua Farmers Center (BAFC) office in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India.Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground activities.
- Oversee content creation including posters, brochures, videos, reels, and farmer-facing materials.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning, captions, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and farmer center teams to align marketing activities with field needs.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage photo and video shoots, oversee short-form video editing, and maintain marketing asset libraries.
- Track marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, agencies, and partners to deliver marketing materials on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in aquaculture, agriculture, FMCG, or rural-focused markets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or CapCut).
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with field teams and farmers.
- Good command of English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in farmer marketing, dealer marketing, or rural outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or WhatsApp marketing.
- Basic understanding of aquaculture, shrimp farming, or agriculture-based businesses.
